Whats so frustrating though is we could be making plenty of money for everybody with just a little common sense management.take our facility for instance,we need to get everybody in a meeting and let them fill out a survey on the strong points and weak points of our business.And i will bet you 97% of the people will say the same thing to a person.some examples if i may.

ENGINEERING THE WEAKEST PART OF THE PLANT,VERY LITTLE TO NO SUPPORT.
MAINTANCE,ELECTRICIANS AT LEAST25%OVERSTAFFED,UNDERKNOWLEDGE,HID
TEAMLEADERS ARE THE DOWNFALL TO THE DEPT.WHY HAVE SALARIED AND TEAMLEADERS.THE DEPT MANAGERS -SUPERVISORS SHOULD BE ABLE TO HANDLE WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE,IF NOT KICK EM OUT AND GET QUALIFIED PERSONNEL TO FILL THE JOB. NO KINSHIP RELANTIONSHIP,FRIENDSHIP.LET THE QUALIFIED PEOPLE FILL THE SPOTS.
