    Time to buy this stock?????????????????

Well just when you think that you have heard or seen everything, along comes a classic example of stupidity. If you can believe this, the CEO of this company just approved budget for a meeting at a VERY expensive resort for his staff, some of their staff, AND THEIR SPOUSES.

The projected cost of this is almost $1,000,000. I CAN'T BELIEVE IT. Here they are on the verge of bankruptcy, shutting down plants, firing line worker BY THE HUNDREDS, the value of the stock is plummeting, and he is throwing an extravagant party for his staff AND THEIR SPOUSES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I WONDER IF THEY WILL HAVE AN AWARDS NIGHT? I wonder if they will give each other awards for returning stock holder equity?

    • I cant believe my eyes. Yesterday on the plane, I read an article in USA Today about which CEO was awarded CEO of the year. Those BOZOs gave the award to Dell Computers CEO, Michael Dell. According to the article, in 2000, Mr. Dell, cut jobs, as the company stock declined 66%. Yet they awarded him CEO of the year.

      WOW, does that sound familiar!!

I wonder if USA Today has had a chance to look at Mr. Frissoras accomplishments in 2000 and 2001? As all of us stock holders know, his performance in 2000 and 2001, based on USA Todays criteria, beat the pants off what Mr. Dell did in 2000!!!!!!!

    • What in the hell do these last few posts have to do with TA or with the stock for that matter?

    • "I just know from the Regan experience that we do get leaders who represent and nuture the few
      while raping the many."

Ah yes, you just keep on spewing more fodder for mental eunuchs. Every thing you've posted has been YOUR opinion...nothing based on fact.

"Your greatest president turned a deaf ear to 100's of thousands of family farmers who lost everything as thousands of foreclosures happened each and every day of his administration."

Hey jerky...very few smart farmers went under at that time. The farmers that overextended themselves thinking they had to have the latest gadgetry were later selling out at bankruptcy auctions at a dime on the dollar. That's poor business practice...not the President's fault. What would you THINK the President would do in that situation?

"Go ahead and be a sucker If you want to be, But I will vote for men like McCain who gave his freedom for 6 years to watch over his men in prison camp..."

Yeah, speaking of suckers...McCain co-authors a so-called Patients Bill Of Rights that he himself admits to not reading before he votes on it. You ought to ask his constituents what they think about him.

"rather Than a man who never reguarded The avg populace..."

More tripe to go with the whine. You of course, resort to cliches that have no grounding in truth.

Begone, it's socialists like you spewing the class warfare crap that give honest commies a bad name.

    • Everyone is entitled to his own opinion, in fact, i would give my life to fight for such freedom. But, Your facts are a little wrong. Houston was doing well and many of my friends left the deprecionary midwest to seek those jobs only to return empty handed and saying how terrible the conditions and the big megalopolis where. Also Houston was experiencing an over build of housing at that time and rents were cheap to the dismay of investors. But the wages for a newbie didn't pay even the cheap rents.
There are good and bad about any person, including Regan. I neither like nor dislike him. I just know from the Regan experience that we do get leaders who represent and nuture the few while raping the many. That is not what this country is all about. It was a good experience for me to live through 5 years of massive unemployment, * years of super inflation and super accumulation of fed debt. Go ahead and be a sucker If you want to be, But I will vote for men like McCain who gave his freedom for 6 years to watch over his men in prison camp, rather Than a man who never reguarded The avg populace. Your greatest president turned a deaf ear to 100's of thousands of family farmers who lost everything as thousands of foreclosures happened each and every day of his administration.
I sincerely doubt That you really believe what you say unless you are a billionaire. Of course there are those who love to profit from the woes of many and have no care for anyone but themselves.
All my opinion and what do I know?

    • Mr. Frissora,

If you take a peek at this board I would like you to know that I hope you and your staff, and spouses, have a lovely time. Here is something to think about while you are spending that extravagant amount of money.

You let me go in the first round of layoffs, I was six months into a new marriage and six months into a new house. Halfway through the layoff period, of five months, I found out I had a child on they way. I used your severance, thank you, and was forced to take out my 401k money as well as deplete most of my savings.

I am now in a far far better place with a far far better job. I am lucky. I am educated and had all of the resources I mentioned to fall back on. Many people who have, and will be laid off, do not.

AND YOU HAVE THE GAUL TO SPEND THAT KINDA MONEY!!!!! HOW MANY SALARIES COULD THAT MAINTAIN? YOU ARE A GREEDY INEPT SON OF A B*TCH IF THIS STORY IS TRUE, which based on past history such as your staff christmas extravaganza, I believe it.

Chew on that with your filet served on fine china at your f*ckin resort outing.

BOARD MEMBERS, DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS SLUG SUCKING AT YOU TIT PLEASE.

      Not bitter, just pissed.

      • He is the board....lol
sry to hear you had it rough but everyone young does. I spent my youth in the great REGAN depression when there were soup lines and 50% unemployment. Lost a fantastic job and scratched at min wage for 5 years, but We made it. Everything goes in cycles, so always be prepared for a rainy day.
and dont cuss MF....he only does his thing. His team appears to be corporate raiders. Just like sharks in the ocean, there is a need for everything even those with teeth.
Be careful who you vote for in the next election or you might experience the great bush depression.
Just.....All my opinion and what do I know?
