Over the past three trading days, RSO has dropped from $5.98 to $5.63, a decline of almost 6%. $5.63 is 2% above the book value of $5.51 and, at 20 cents dividend per quarter, offers the investor a yield of 14.21%.
Yeah; don't know why people are selling off; I got some at 5.59 which earns 14.31% and higher if they raise the div which is very possible; two quarters of AFFO of .26 means they can. I think they will wait untill they can return to .25/q; probably another quarter or two.
