you are on my ignore. don't you realize how abrasive you are? Don't you remember how many people you #$%$ off so that they fought back.
just look at the facts: stop calling names.
ras is outperforming rso!
I am abrasive at you, yes. Why? You don't listen to anything anyone else says or tries to say to you. You just keep spouting off nonsense with absolutely nothing to back up anything you say. Then when someone does try and answer one of your questions or comment to you, you just ignore them and don't listen to them at all and then spout off more ignorant nonsense. It's why your posts get tons of thumbs down and most people just laugh at you.
Used ot be a good sized holder of RAS. Don't agree that RAS has really outperformed RSO. RAS did a 3 for 1 reverse split so the real equivalent PPS is 1.89, hardly a stellar performance compared to RSO and with one-half the yield of RSO as well. Interesting that RAS higher book value hasn't really translated into a higher PPS. I think the current yield of these reits and the prospects of maintaining or increasing that yield seem to carry the more weight with the market setting the PPS in the world we currently live in. Good luck to you and all of us with RSO in 2013!
Totally with you schwartz....have had RAS for a long time and watched its dismal performance. Unloaded most of it a while back which was probably the best move I made in a while, besides building up a stronger position with RSO RSO communicates...RAS never has.
If you just compare NRF, NCT, RAS and RSO. (I am also own all of them) RSO clearly is the best buy at this point, NCT & NRF are good but they touching 52 wk high a little risky to buy now, I not saying they are not go any higher. RAS make a mistake on reverse split that damper their PPS. RSO is another story, some articles often tight them with MREIT and they pay higher dividend then most competitors make some worry because they are not understand RSO model plus the F/C scare most investor. Make this a strong buy. Happy new year to all!!
RAS has increased its dividend for 2 consecutive quarters. IMO market starts to realize that. And that is the reason I think RAS will outperform RSO. Just look at NRF as an example. I am long on RSO RAS NRF and NCT.
