I have it on good authority that Saddam Hussein is short this market and has been since 9/11. He plans to cover [his shorts] and 'take cover' the day the bombs start falling. He refuses to say where he is going with all of his huge profits. He says he'd like to express his gratitude to the American people and George Bush for helping to make him rich and for making a few Americans a little less rich. Stay tuned.
