Are we being taken in on the media???

I think we are,,and is the economy that bad???I think we are being sucker into beliving this...You have to remember that cnbc, cnn and msmbc all hate bush,so the media will make you think the sky is falling...Yes there are some problem as far as housing, but with interest rate falling in time things will improve..I would say may or june...

As far as the election is concern we need to change things around,we have had 24 years of bush and clinton,,which really don't gave a rats ass about the middle class or the poor..

Its time for a change and I think Barack Obama might be the one we want in office...and I am a republican,so what does that say...

Hilary flip flop on everything or she cryies to get votes...I have nothing against a woman being presidnet, but her I don't have any fath in her,she seem to want to set her own agenda and not care about anybody else....

    • I think Hillarys' record speaks for itself just as McCains does. You don't have real choices here. The Bush admin. has handcuffed the next president no matter who he or she is. I get tons of emails warning me of what taxes will do if so and so gets elected, and what its going to cost me to take care of the illegals under this one or that one and the list goes on and on. The latest is how the taxpayers in this country are going to get screwed on retirement checks for the Clintons. Give me a break will you folks. We have to address a budget so far out of control it is rediculous, a health care system that is badly broken, and a social security system that is in deep trouble. Whoever takes the helm has to face these problems with a Congress that doesn't work unless we spend billions on bridges to nowhere and get it all done with Congressmena and women who would rather line their pockets with easy retirement benefits and jobs with the big companies they made wealthy with tax dollars. Not a very bright picture no matter who I look at for the head job.

The countrty MIGHT be ready for Black MAN as Pres..

But I really doubt that the country is ready for WOMAN Pres..especially Hillary..

We gave the Black Man the right to VOTE, 40 years before we gave the same right to WHITE WOMEN...

      • You mentioned being ready for a Black man and I believe the country is. I just don't think he is the right black man. I was looking for Colin Powell as a great candidate a few years ago. A man that stated his views, a man of conviction, and honest as the day is long. Standards high enough that it is my belief that after addressing the UN on Iraq he knew he had been used and left this administration because he was a soldier first and served his president. I think he had a falling out with the presidents insiders and wanted out. I would vote for that man tomorrow in a heart beat.

I too am a republican, but doubt I would vote for McCain. Obama would likely be my choice. Hell would freeze over before I vote for that phoney beeatch hillary. put the clintons out to pasture once and for all. this country doesn't need any more bush's or clinton's in public office.
