Hilarious, I never worked for this company. It first appeared during my research as a Red Flag notation. The heavy and continuous insider selling as the price continued to rise, the ridiculous EPS % up from the past quarter "in this economy" from a a business which relies on small business to fund it's operations. ... and the service is more expensive than it's competitors, although it does have a few extra features for those who like them and have the extra cash to burn each month. Unfortunately, a real company cannot fudge it's numbers every quarter. This was pushed up my momentum players, simply. It was rumored to be a buy-out candidate, which it isn't, etc. .etc. etc. Their association with ROTH Capital Partners. Look into that. Also, what is Frucall Inc besides being a UPS Post Office Box in Cupertino, CA. Why is Huw A. Rees on their board of directors and look at all the VISA's that have been issued through that hole in the wall company. Too many shares being traded around by insiders and all stock mergers, there is definitely some #$%$ going on here and I hate for people to be burned the way I have been burned in the past. I think the October financial report is going to be trashed and they will simply blame it on an unfortunate downturn which began in July, but that is not really what is going on. This has all be carefully planned and marketed. SeekingAlpha articles "by their own clients", oh yeah! Tell me that ain't true. I won't tell you which one, so you can act like you figured it out by yourself, lol. If I owned this stock, I would be in profit unless I paid $7 and I guarantee you that either way I would be selling it like a mofu because it's going to drop. I wonder how much they are going to have to pay for this big marketing campaign, too?
Its very simple matt, you short the hell out of this stock and we continue to go long. No one here needs you to save them from themselves, don't worry about us "getting burned". Like all short traders looking to make a few pennies and bragging when they do, you're working way to hard to save us, but we're all busy carrying this 8 - 9 - 10 baggers to pay you any attention.
During the month of September EGHT stock price advanced 11%, AAPL in comparison advanced !%; for the quarter, EGHT up 56%, AAPL up 15%; for year to date, EGHT up 107%, AAPL up 62%; for 1 year, EGHT up 62%, AAPL up 78%; for 2 years, EGHT up 206%, AAPL up 145%; for 3 years, EGHT up 650%, AAPL up 280%.
Remarkable record which very few stocks duplicated or exceeded during this time frame. What is even better is that the future appears to be very inviting. This quarter should have experienced record revenues and record operating earnings, the latter topping the record December quarter by 25% to $3.2 million. The March 2013 quarter should see operating earnings exceed $5.0 million.
What has been rewarded very amply up til now has been patience and vision. These virtues should serve well with 8x8 shareholders into the future.
