Frankly, the news isn't overdue, it largely depends on meeting the requirements and deadlines for approval by the FDA. SNSS just recently related that they'd completed the enrollment data and that they're going to raise money as needed by stock sales through a commissioned firm.
Most likely the drop in price is due to this firm selling those shares since that's they're just middlemen that only make commission by selling shares.
No need to pump this stock, it isn't a good thing to act like a pumper - nor give subjective claims about big gaps. Just buy in at what you believe is a good entry point and wait. It's always a waiting game and if the drug is as good as the data suggests then your reward will be something to crow about when it happens.
If you're trying to promote others to ignore the bashers and buy to counter the Shorts because of your unsupported claims then you do a disservice to this board. If you can't wait for the ongoing FDA review process to move the stock price up then perhaps you should go to a casino.
Are you absolutely sure this firm is selling or are you speculating? As you know I don't have to pump this stock cause SNSS have the goods. One thing I do know is that the SHORT INTEREST has increased and I reiterate, they will roast like the beef I had last night. Sometimes SHORTS do it just for the sake of shorting, not realising that certain company's have what it takes to move forward to the next level. The other argument is some people trade the momentum.
