i read an wsj articl that there are 200 mln shares , it seems very diffferent from what yahoo/google shows!

Etrade and Ameritrade show 58 million. Yahoo only 35 million. Maybe with exercisable warrants it is 200 million?
The point he made was it will take 200 million share's outstanding thru phase 3 if no partner and if they go it alone good luck
look a buyout at this juncture is great but what are you really paying for a lot of risk therefore no premium paid in advance
