I am having to Post this on a NEW Thread, since you don't bother to Respond to me on Yours.. We opt to Ignore my Response, and just chit-chat with your #1 Fan, Upmayo..!
I am not writing #1 since I agree with it Completely..
2. They diluted immediately after the spike in December. Then, when the price finally appeared to be close to breaking the downtrend to start a run pre-ASCO, they announce additional dilution. Bad timing and they killed the rally. Stock price is down 25% since then.
Ansewer 2.-They did not Dilute Immediately.. They Offered Shares around Mid January... PPS was already in the $1.30 Range at the time, it had already gone to the $1.05-$1.07 range before that..!
As far as the latest Offering, you are correct in that assesment.. PPS was breaking downtrend and was on its way up, prior to ASCO.. But also, think about this.. Why should only Daytraders benefit from ASCO Results? Why not Financially Strengthen the Companies Balance Sheet with the PPS Surge that is Expected with the Upcoming ASCO Presentation..?
3. They are at risk of losing NASDAQ compliance. If the price does not get back over $1, then they will either lose compliance or will execute a reverse stock split.
Answer 3.- They have Until the End of September to Trade @ $1 or Over for 10 Trading days in order to Regain Compliance.. If not they get another 6 Month Extension to Satisfy this Requirement.. If after the Second Extension they cannot Trade over $1 for 10 Consecutive Trading Days they can always Ask the Sec Board for another Extension.. I have Seen this happen and get approved before ( See NEXM )..
4. They only have 1 product, thus its do-or-die if it succeeds or fails, high risk.
Answer 4.- They Currently focus on 1 Product.. Voreloxin..
Which can be used for Multiple Indications.. (AML, OC).. They Decided to Focus on one Product because of the Cash Restraints..!
5. With less than 2 weeks to go to ASCO, there is absolutely no interest in this stock. The price is flat to lower and volume is non existent.
Answer 5.-This can be viewed as Positive or Negative.. Depending on which side of the Fence you are on.. It is obvious that we Longs are not happy with the Current PPS but the Volume also indicates that not Even Shorts are willing to Sell more at these prices.. I wonder Why..? If it has so many bad things going for it..!
6. There is no interest in a partnership otherwise it would have occurred already. Instead of raising the necessary cash to fund Phase III like many successful small bio's do, they had to dilute instead. Thus, dilution will continue as they initiate their Phase III trials.
Answer 6.- He cannot know this... This is Speculation.. You can always argue that it is Sunesis who is not interested in current Partnership Terms and is looking for the best Terms Available..!
Now answer this Question.!
Given the Information that has been posted on Voreloxin ( Results ), What argument can you make to discredit their Science..? What if anything is wrong with Voreloxin..?
Anybody else care to ADD some Questions to this Detractor and his Analysis on Voreloxin..!
Or how about you Upmayo.. Can you answer these Questions for your Friend..?
but you are obsessed with me. hahahahaha.... and you are not an investor and don't have a clue of the make up of the investment pool. ASCO will put you in your place. you are a soap opera character. And you are about to be written out of the script. hahahaha
I guess so, but by saying it regardless of factual information still has psychological effects. It's the target audience you are portraying to.
Note that people reading the posts are reading because they are interested in the stocks and are trying to do their DD. I'm certain the sentiment will have a bias effect regardless of factual implications. Note that some of your answers are missing some information as well.
for #2. their latest offering was also the earning release. based on the earning release, the offering and dilution can be predicted to be just around the corner. For them to list it right after the release truly demonstrates what kind of business SNSS thinks of themselves versus the shareholders, whether trader or investor.
for #3. FACT.
for #4. FACT.
for #5. There's a lot to say for this but this is opinionated.
for #6. Speculation. Either or can happen.
You also fail to mention that they have enough cash to last them through the start of Phase III, but they will need funding to finish it off. Also they have the capabilities of R/S in their disposal as well as any additional offering if they wish to proceed that path.
SNSS has two more major events to present their data, ASCO and the one in Spain prior to entry of phase III.
Please have your care giver read the following tripe to you very slowly. You wrote it, although I'm sure you were delerious when you did so.
"The longs are fully invested and have been for some time now. some are scambbling to raise another 10,000 here or 20,000 there to take advantage of the average down and the new retail investor is reluctant because every buy gets met with penny flipping and we have a ton of them in the game we even let them back in again today the retail drive on its own will have to wait till Friday to hold any kind of significant gains, tomorrow is a toss up might pick something up going into friday might not we won't go down. But I will say one thing the MMs are waiting for the ASCO results come out and they will be the ones steering the ship come Monday Afternoon. That is why we are where we are. Why buy when you can wait till Friday."
That is the rant of a raving lunatic.
I'm embarrassed for you and I don't even like ya.
bigbull, look at the conditions that took us down the nasdaq glitch seeing .79 had a tremendous psychological effect on the retail investor and then the global market condituions for the month shouldn't affect a spec stock but the heavy short interest is able to feed the fear play further and did so, why didn't we move up with the market today because we don't trade with it. oh, and not to mention the hyped up abstracts that were nothing more than the ASH results mistakenly pumped as something that was going to drive the PPs to $3 completely rediculous the shorts new the score and slaughtered the ignorant idiots we dropped 10% in 30 minutes. that's what I call a perfect short storm. we will most probably see some lift Friday. the short play has been over for a week now and the penny flippers will only have a tight window of operation on Friday.
The longs are fully invested and have been for some time now. some are scambbling to raise another 10,000 here or 20,000 there to take advantage of the average down and the new retail investor is reluctant because every buy gets met with penny flipping and we have a ton of them in the game we even let them back in again today the retail drive on its own will have to wait till Friday to hold any kind of significant gains, tomorrow is a toss up might pick something up going into friday might not we won't go down. I don't believe anyone is discrediting the science. The science shows the requirements for product success. The factor here is time. You guys are advocating a buy or a strong buy. Why? The price of this stock will most likely be the same tomorrow and/or friday. I might even get it at a discount depending on the overall market.
If you are in it already, your best option is to hold. Reason? The more you keep playing around, the more likely you'd make a mistake.
If you want to buy, you can probably buy it tomorrow or the day after because the stock's price will probably be the same. I'd rather use that money plus leverage to push my trade with energy stocks and make that 10%, come back tomorrow with extra money in my pockets.
You said it yourself, SNSS only has 1 product. SNSS has already shown all its cards and its possibilities. In the short run, you have both good and bad possibilities. Your optimal solution in the short run is buy on partnership. Why not leave my money dry and wait for the better day to tackle on SNSS for a guaranteed gain rather than risking it for a chance to be slightly richer.
