    Stop stock options and

    cut CEO pay. The only think stock options (ownership theft) have done is cause the stock market to collapse. Shares outstanding increased as fast as profits, creating a flat stock market. The CEO needs to be paid as an employee, like 5X minimum wage. If same store sales are up, he would get a bonus as well as revenues per share which are hard to dicker with. The less control (stock ownership) a CEO has the better. If the CEO is not doing its jobs fire it.

    Thanks Lampert for giving us investors a hero. An investor that puts investors as owners, who also treats employees as fair possible.
