Sears has the best revenue per investment dollar of any retailer. Something like 5. Kmart is something like 2 while Walmart is like 1 or .8. Based on revenues per investment dollar KMRT and Sears are way under valued.
In this real estate inflated time I think it is a great time to try and sell stores. Especially where KMart and Sears stores are closely located.
Most investors only care about earnings growth. But the real gain in value of your stock is revenue per share growth. Lampert will do that by selling stores and buying back shares and improving the kmrt/sears brand.
