the CLWR superfast 4G mobile internet goes wherever you go !!!

Toby tried out many things with his WiMAX-enabled laptop, including downloading and streaming movies, making phone calls with VOIP, and listening to internet radio while driving (do not try this at home!).

“It’s going to be more routine with me to leave the house with my computer. I don’t have to worry about whether the WiFi network is down at the coffee shop where I’m headed to do work which happens all the time. I don’t have to be as selective about places where I might go to do work.”

    • I'm sure there is a market for 200 MB/Month users (i.e. email, text messages, etc.)

For folks that get a WiMax/WiFi router, the $50 dollar "Unlimited" plan sounds better.

I talked to a 20 something that had an iPhone. All he said was he really liked the Pandora streaming radio cause it was personalized to his tastes.

I read somewhere that one guy was going to get an iPhone cause chicks dig it.

Perhaps the person with the WiMax/WiFi router in their car will be cool too. They show up at an outdoor gathering and everybody gets connected.

    • There's little value in adding Wi-Fi to a WiMAX backhaul unless one shares the connection with multiple users, but the problem is CLWR's pricing and usage limits discourage using the technology this way.

People aren't going to share when 5 Wi-Fi user's could exceed a 200MB usage limit in less than 10 minutes.
