About that time, I was a customer of Nextel, through a subsidiary called Nextel Partners. When the merger happened, my phone stopped working and the website stopped functioning. I couldn't make a payment or a phone call. In fact, when I called customer service and they told me that I was not in their database as a customer.
Here's the problem, I've had four collection agencies contact me saying that I owe Sprint money. I stopped receiving service, couldn't pay my bill and got a new phone through Verizon. So, why should I owe Sprint a dime?! It appears that someone either stole Sprint Nextel customer records or Sprint keeps selling my name to third party collections services.
I guess I could pay the bill, but it kind of sucks when a company cuts off your service, tells you that you aren't a customer and then turns you over to collections.
Customer service has been ZERO help on this issue.
S customer service stiil sucks, I am long S but they need to get rid of customer service and out source to some crackhead hookers could only be better and they could have them work for just supplying them with Boost unlimited phones...You would call and the would say "$10. And I will give you a blowjob" a definite improvement....And economic stimulation.
