Sprint Corporation Message Board

REMINDER: "THEIR GOAL" is to knock margins off ($3.00) before earnings

The recent downward trend very possibly does not have anything to do with the fundamentals or the technical parameters.

    1. Sprint ownership is 90% institutional and the instutional costs are very possibly under $3.00.

    2. Institutions have better access to additional security tools such as call options (maybe the shorts are also buying the calls!).

    3. Because if 1. & 2. above they control the stock anyway they want, up or down. Now, they can make more money by knocking off margins at $3.00 then by moving the stock price straight up.

    4. I expect better earnings excluding "some" one-time charges on the 29th and this is the rason why they are pressing to take the stock under $3.00 prior to the earnings.

    5. I hope SEC is already investigating the institutions who are selling or shorting now since it is very "probable" these institutions have / using "insider" information.

Monitor the stock and do not get caught "in margin" if the stock approaches $3.00.
