    another thing to keep in mind is that if the stock price does not go up soon it may cause a problem with the VM shareholder vote to accept the merger...one would think the BOD and larger holders of s would have concern about this....

    to wit....a lower s price is favorable to VM shareholders but only to a point (due to the exchange rate calculation collar)....if it continues lower (actually anything below $4.02 has no further benefit to the VM holder), then vm holders are increasingly disincentivized to accept the deal....

    ...vm closed at $3.88 today...do the math on it as if a vm shareholder...

    ...what this says to my suspicious way of looking at it...ie. what will most benefit large institutional holders of s....is we see s move to $4.02
    by the vote and then above $5.17 by the 10 days average before the close of the deal....
