Sprint Will Lose Out Because of Bad Customer Service
You think AT&T is bad with customer service, this stock will be taking a huge nosedive in 2011. All data shows that Sprint lacks the customer service that Verizon, T-Mobile provide. Also, Sprint no longer has a international plan that is consistent and offers no data plan. Isn't that what the CEO of Sprint did a commercial on...hmmm.
I just switched 5 lines over to Sprint from ATT. I had been with ATT for 10 years. I was just so tired of dropping calls on interstates and in the middle of major cities. Their network sucked bigtime! My ATT bill was always full of mysterious charges and it was a major hassle trying to get them corrected. The worst being on hold for a very long time. So far, I am very happy with Sprint. Buying my phones and selecting my service plan was awesome. I have to believe that there are thousand and thousands of other people who feel the same way.
where in the world are you getting your information alexseatown? are you for real, I sure hope your not investing based on the info you just provided, get out of the market son, go back to the drawing board, do some research before you jump back into the market. Best of luck to you
Have you ever been with sprint and/or have an account? If so, have you been with them the last 2 years? I highly doubt it. They have good customer service, knowing this, because I have been with them for 8 years. They have improved dramatically over the last 3 years. Their Data plan is unlimited, what are you talking about "no data Plan". Your comments are without merit and and have no basis. You are a clown.
I too have been with Sprint for oh at least 8 years I'd say. Love the unlimited data plan. I also have Sprint wireless built into my dell xps laptop. Love it. Great service. I can't even recall any issues, whatever issues I've had they were Blackberry related and not sprint related. Sprints officially back, after rising from the grave! The shorts are going to be forced to deal with it.
Wrong, Sprint has made huge improvements in customer service over the last year and AT&T is now last in all studies and Verizon and T-Mobile have stayed the same or dropped from previous years results.
