The LS2 news will move Sprint stock hihger on Monday, but come Tuesday more bad news will come back regarding LS2 interference issues. Which in turn will push Sprint stock lower.
Many think Hesse is using LS2 as a ploy to get Clearwire cheaper and that Sprint doesn't expect to receive any kind of payment check for Lightsquared.
I'm afraid that come July 1st the stuff hits the Fan and the FCC will delay LS2 from going forward for six plus months until further testing can be done. I also see more pressure being put on the FCC to stop or restrict LS2 expansion over the next few weeks.
The FCC cannot approve LS2 unless the FCC can show LS2 in no way damages GPS. That right now will not happen and many experts think it will never happen.
So play Sprint for a probable up day on Monday, but a down day Tuesday and the rest of the week. Personally I think Hesse would be better off putting his eggs in the Clearwire basket, since Clearwire has upset every GPS user in the country.
