That's what I gathered listening to the conference call.
I think the ClearWire issue is pretty much resolved crystal, especially in the subsequent Q&As.
Sprint will retake the spectrum assets in the debts reorg and halve its costs in their own build out plan.
It's good news for Sprint but sad news for ClearWire.
But Sprint has no control over ClearWire management and can't dictate anything, they can only decide not to fund it which is their perogative.
