450k x 500 bucks a piece to apple - sprint just spent about 2.2 billions.........company is only worth 6 billions........<3 days apple gets more from sprint than the value of the entire company?
Lastly, even existing user who moves to iPhone results in helping Sprint sell additional services - they have indicated that their revenue per user will double with iPhone. So if the ARPU moves from $50 to $100 > they will also get incremental $50/user/month - which amounts to additional $600 per user in one year > they will have an upside of $1200 per contract, out of which they have to pay $300 to ATT (in addition to $199 sales price), so where is the downside?
How can Sprint's ARPU double when you only have to pay $79.00 a month for unlimited plan???
Please respond in BIG detail how Sprint's ARPU is mathematically possible???
it's 450K times $600 not $500 a piece...Sprint will apply the $199 for the 4s to your bill....
But your $2.2B missed by a decimal....
