    Sprint's Increasingly Expensive Debt Expense

... can you offer any reasoning that illustrates any intelligence in Dan Hesse's bahavior?

Clearwire, schmearwire... the problem with ALL of this is Dan Hesse.

    • Spok you better than anyone should understand that the road that CLWR took under previous management put both CLWR and Sprint in a precariuous position. CLWR's one time retail strategy forced this move by Hesse as he will not be held hostage by an entity that he created, now the shoe is on the other foot and Hesse's strategy will pay off in the long run. He will absord CLWR and bigger investors will fit the bill. Yes it could have been different but that time has passed

      • ... was indeed, something from the past.

Clearwire reigned in their retail strategy and focused on optimizing itself as a wholesale provider last winter while streamlining the company and cutting costs.

To say that it "forced this move" by Hesse has no basis in reality.

Hesse's disposition toward Clearwire is childish, sour grapes borne out of his personal dislike of Craig McCaw...

... the fact that he would punish Sprint by spending $3 billion to replicate what is already built and at Sprint's disposal at Clearwire is pure lunacy.
