NY Lawsuit Old News From March 2011
The NY lawsuit is old news from back in March 2011. New York State simply taking over existing lawsuit as Plaintiff.
Someone is really trying to crash Sprint. Similiar with how AT&T is now unlocking iphones - competitors trying to knock out Sprint before they become a bigger threat.

The timing of all this is highly suspect. Hess has already bruised AT&T and TMobile why replace him he keeps the competition fearful.
