It happens ALL the time when companies are in a vulnerable period. Guys like Jug are just doing their Job. They are paid professionals who's job is to attack the targeted companies corporate image and spread fearmongering rumors about going concern risks, bad business decisions etc. These are the EXACT times to put money into shares. When the companies stock price and image is finally rock bottom, the big boys load up, big time. These guys all know and have known that the iPhone will changes fortunes for sprint. They all wanted in at the lowest price possible knowing that it will be a 5 to 10 bagger once the tide turns and profits return.
Nothing wrong with taking profits, congrats on your gains. When to sell is the hardest part of investing. Buying is the easy part. I try to buy when insiders buy in large blocks, and hold until they sell those large blocks consecutively. Doesn't work every time, but is a really good rule to follow.
