    Softbank on track to make $8B this fiscal year

    I tried to post a link to the recorded video of SB's earings presentation but Yahoo put the kabosh on it. You ought to do a search and watch it (it has a real-time translation and PPT in English).The combined entity will have the best margins in the business.

    By the time the deal closes Sprint will be turning the corner on the Network Vision rollout and iDEN will be a goner. Masayoshi Son's timing is impeccable. He's one sharp cookie - it will be interesting to see what he does with the New Sprint. I think he is going to consolidate the disparate industry parts that aren't named ATT or Verizon (CenturyLink, T Mobile, etc.). The guy is going to wring the bureaucracy out of Sprint and invest in the company where it matters.

    This ought to be a great long term investment.

      Another reason the Softbank investment will be approved is the changes they are going to make to the network with CLWR's bandwidth is going to give real competition to the $150 per month cable bill. Can't wait. I might not tender my shares at $7.30, I truly believe the first day of New Sprint trading is going to see a pop over that level.
