      • Let me address each of your "Highlights":

        Key Fourth Quarter Highlights
        • Adjusted OIBDA* of $860 million – Above analyst
consensus estimates for the sixth consecutive quarter

Sprint lost $1.3 Billion in Q4. You can look at the numbers however you want to sleep well at night, but you can't argue this one.

        • Twelve quarters in a row of sequential growth for Sprint
        platform wireless service revenue

Separating out Sprint and Nextel numbers to claim this is great spin. Q3, Sprint Nextel (which is still their name by the way) lost 456K post paid subscribers total and this quarter it was 243K post paid. Counting the 51% of Nextel postpaid recapture as part of "Sprint" network sequential growth is a spin for any positive numbers. Again, they lost subscribers in total

        • Over 6.1 million smartphones sold including record iPhone
activations of 2.2 million; 38% of iPhone activations to new
        customers

VZ and AT&T sold more iPhone's in Q4 then Sprint sold all year

        • Nextel postpaid recapture rate of 51%

Sprint is giving FREE phones to salvage these customers costing them millions. 51% of them are agreeing to try it out with no finanical risk. How many will stay with Sprint? Well see in the near future.

        • 4G LTE Service now available in 58 cities

Sprint said they would have 12,000 sites up by year end, now they say it will be end of Q1.
Sprint said they would have 250M POPS by end of 2013, now they say 200M POPS.
The reason for the short fall is because it's really hard and they give an example of a municipally not letting them paint a site until the humidity levels drop. (Makes sense)

    • Pumpers here are too dumb to care. They still believe they will get $7.30 or whatever for their worthless shares. Greekmonkey101 told them so.

        Sentiment: Strong Buy

      • You are totally wrong, reaching and obviously have a short position.
The fact that stock didn't move down proves the point that everything is now based on the merger completion only.
Deal will get done and $7.30 will be paid out to every willing shareholder for up to 55% of their holdings.
You on the other hand stand to loose , so good luck passing your green buck to longs...

        Sentiment: Strong Buy

      • Verizon added 2.1 M post paid subs with the largest base of customers
AT&T added 708K post paid subs with the second largest base of customers
Sprint lost 243K post paid subs with only 30M post paid subs

And, Q4 is seasonally strong for subscriber growth.

Enough said, Sprint is in trouble and continues to bleed out. They need Softbank to survive and clean house.
