Assuming that they keep the 55% cash and 45% New Sprint stock then the deal is only $7 a share - a match of DISH's offer. I don't see anything saying the percent will change, though with the cash outlay increasing and the higher percent ownership of New Sprint one can assume that would change. This isn't really a blow it out of the park offer.
it is a better offer than dish's but not a knocked out offer. you are getting more cash now but less future upside than the original offer. I was expecting something better. charlie has no way out. what will you do when you have no way out? dig deeper!
