The long bet is too strong - it will take a good while for all the cards to fall, and FCC to issue a verdict. Either way, S continues to rally, because, if the merger occurs, it's 10-bagger. We have an AH stink offer at 10.79 and a stink bid at $10.70 (afterhours corral)... but it's all just a desperation play, smoke an mirrors. This thang will run to $15+ just on merger chatter. If the FCC approves and the deal goes thru - WoW - love minus zero, no limit.
Agree and that's awesome. I am a bit confused. Smart money and PPS increase says this merger will allow for sprint to compete for 1 & 2. Something I have always felt. Question, usually on an acquisition, the acquirer drops in PPS. In this case Sprint the acquirer is going up. Is it due to the huge advantage they will have? Or is because it is not being done via dilution and it is really Softbank is doing the acquiring. Did I answer my own question. LOL. In any event I was tempted to take a huge profit today but decided to leave it on the table for an even bigger payout.
