Our Board of directors awarded another + 51,000 in options ( @ $ 1.50)
to our valued top two management team members. I'm guessing we also needed to award our unemployed pilot with the same award. Management did not even come close to their bonus thresholds so the Board just decided to overlook the dismal operating & stock price proformance.
I guess the compensation studies are having their decided effect - USEG cannot afford to lose such outstanding talent.
