I've seen plenty of lynch mobs on Yahoo chat boards over the years AND in spite of all the complaints, management is never, ever (ever) replaced. So basically you guys (pardon the pun) are whizzing in the wind. The closest case I have seen recently is with Equal Energy and those two (very large) shareholders got sued for their efforts. What do you possibly hope to accomplish here? Are any of you going to the annual meeting and vote him down? I don't think so. CG
You have a conference call coming up and investors should call and have management respond to their questions. I know you think this is #$%$ in the wind, but I have seen companies take action. On the other side I would love for useg to try to sue an investor------love to see them open the books it works both ways. Nobody has clean hands unfortunately only the attorneys win.
