I would personally like to know. Please post this. I have not been able to figure out where he went. If he went elsewhere, then the question remains, why? Was he forced out by the BOD somehow? Did he step down because he realized that he might not be the right one to drive the company going forward? I have to say that I like Dunbar as CEO. You should really listen to Dunbar and Elmar Burchardt speak in the CCs to get a feel for how they operate.
I found him. Armstrong should be sued. Same with Dawson James. Conflict of interest. Class action against ASTM's marker makers, investment banks, and hedge funds is now required here as well as these crooked investment banks and all the bashers/pumpers on this board. We should not class action ASTM as the existing mgmt (excluding Brennan) was not around at that time.
"ARMSTRONG IS A MANAGING DIRECTOR NOW AT DAWSON JAMES".
TRYGIRL2oo2, how did you know this information without knowing that Armstrong left in the first place if I may ask? I do great DD when the info is available with or without your help.
ARMSTRONG LIED TO US RETAIL SHAREHOLDERS. THIS WAS A HUGE CON while he sold shares obviously manipulated in price at our retail shareholder expense. HE DIDN'T RETIRE. HE SOLD OUT HIS INTERESTS TO AN INVESTMENT BANK. THE SEC SHOULD BE INVOLVED HERE. HOWEVER, DUNBAR HAS DONE NOTHING WRONG TO DATE.
