I was seriously considering in buying 1,000 shares of BREW but I wanted to try out the beers first at a Buffalo Wild Wings (BWLD) near my home. When I got there, I saw numerous advertisements for the brand of Red Hook Game Changer beer on the table. I specifically ordered this beer from the waiter but he said that that specific location no longer offers this beer for the last 2 weeks because they couldn't sell it due to lack of demand. He said they had to give it away just to give away the remaining beer. This greatly tells me that this is a terrible tasting brand and don't believe they can sell enough to grow. Any thoughts?
Well, maybe so for you. I went to a local Bdubs specifically to have a Game Changer. It was good. In fact, I then ordered some wings and had another Game Changer. Very drinkable. Very satisfying. Hardy beer flavor. It would be hard to imagine most beer drinkers not liking it. But, some will not That's why there are 15 others to choose from. It's a good one, in my opinion. When I go back, I'll have it again.
My thoughts are your story is obviously completely bogus. Before you try to convince everyone with more make believe stories, how about first you let us know the specific location that no longer offers the game changer. I'd love to call the establishment and ask them about it myself.
This BWLD location also didn't sell any of the Omission Beer and Widmer Brothers also brand because the manager said none of these beers were selling enough. The manager said that this was a franchise owned location and that most likely the corporate owned locations would be selling BREW brands.
thoughts - This is a terribly run bar/restaurant. They have numerous advertisements for a brand of beer they stopped selling 2 weeks ago? They gave away beer to get rid of it and BWLD is a public company. Bars that I go to at times discount a beer if they over ordered or had lack of demand but never give it away.
That's what the manager told me. She said that they had to find some way to just give it away because they couldn't sell it. I have no stake in this company and I'm only a potential investor who most likely won't be investing.
