  • What is the current capitalization of this
    stock?
How many shares are out standing?
    And with 20700
shares you are saying you owned 25% of prdm?
    20700x
    17 x 10 =3,519,000 shares pre split?
    PRDM
    originally had 14,000,000 shares.

    • I picked up 50% of the PRDM stock that I owned in
the last week of trading. I believe that at the time
it brought me up to about 12% of the outstanding
stock (because of the increased number of shares from
      preferred conversion).

I only bought 5000 of those
shares prior to the first reverse. Also, your
      calculation is not correct. (x 17 x 10=) should be (x 15 x
10=). In pre first reverse numbers I bought most of the
shares for 2 1/2 cent up to 8 cents per share instead of
the $1.00 per share for the first ones.

      As far
as the shares of IXYS there are about 12 million
issued shares. So, while I had a BIG chunk of PRDM I
only have a nibble of IXYS. (A position I like much
      better).

      Best to you

      • What if IXYS pubilic stock collapses? Could the
new company be worth more to IXYS dead than alive?
They bought PRDM for the shell and NOL(net operating
losses)...What if the stock drops-is there any value to this?
Would they be able to gernerate more losses, possibly
on paper. Could that be used in the future. I don't
know, I just bring it up as an issue. Something is
F(*(&ked up when you have a new company with no volume and
no press release, ect. HAS ANYONE TALKED TO IR AT
IXYS??? I DON'T GET IT. 1600 SHARES TRADED ON FRIDAY AT
2:30 CENTRAL TIME ACCORDING TO YAHOO.

      • Regarding your message of earlier today, if IXYS
has 12 million shares and its value at the time of
last month's merger was about $150 million, then it
would seem that a current reasonable per share
valuation would be about $12 1/2 (if the market acts
reasonably). In such a case, the stock is substantially
        undervalued.

Even so, IXYS might need a couple of
solid quarters to get the attention of the investment
community, and the confidence of outside
        shareholders.

Thanks again for the substantial amount of information
that you provided through this PRDM mess, and for your
        attitude.

        Best Regards.

        Ed
