When people get frustrated and hate the stock in a good business that stock is about to outperform. It has to be that way.
Sorry about your dad,Dave...My wifes uncle had Parkinsons also,he was a WW2 VET & a broad shouldered boxer athlete & it really weakened him before his death...His home town in Oregon named the HS stadium after he died as he coached the football team there for 30 years...He had offers for coaching @ colleges & the pros, but stayed with his family in their familiar surroundings...
Again my condolences, also miss my parents...One main thing my Mom said once & I never forgot it...NEVER criticize yourself!!! And anyways,it still rings true...I guess along the lines of would've,could've,should've...GL...
My dad died of Parkinsons 2 months and 5 days ago at the age of 76, the same Saturday morning the Brk AR came out. He also had colon cancer but I think it was the Parkinsons that got him in the end. I was standing by his bed when he died.
And he certainly was a very cautious person.
He was also a great dad and a great man.
(And a pretty good capitalist as well)
I miss him every day.
