    If Buffett lives to 100

Assuming there's no change in BRK's dividend policy, Buffett could very well live to see BRK the largest company in the world in terms of market cap.

    • I Googled this-"Capitalization of the 50 Largest American Companies" and learned that BRK is already 4th behind AAPL-446 billion, XOM 399 bill, GOOG-259b, and BRK at 242b

    • mentioned it a few times on here before, but back in 2006, in a speech to san antonio college students (not widely reported at the time) he remarked that actuarially he has 14 years to go. IMHO he is working to that timetable, it would be typical behaviour for him.
he also said, if someone had a (pre-split) B share for every month they expect to live in retirement, they would do fine, I am working to that timetable. I am retired, early but did not make the 1 pre-split B per month, as I did chose some othe rinvestments, but got close enough that I was comfortable, with not quite making the target number.

as a smoker, (see earlier LO post)I may also have less time left than average (I took 94 as age of death).based on family history and actuarial maybe I will leave something behind :-))unless I give up (unlikely) or vape more (likely)
