So I have been in and out of this a few times and it seems odd WEB would be picking this up at the end of the business cycle. Yes ... The trains. But you can get oil for much less with a rig sitting on the water and there is a glut of floaters coming on line. Stable country but high prices. Was this frontrunning a large puchase of SU by a state controlled multi-national? I just don't see paying more that 30 a share for SU. WEB sees highn prices for energy obviously but he would be better off withou Keystone with his train.
Then there is the position. My guess is HSY which would fit in with everything else he has been doing.
