Re-visiting the Roth IRA question
I heard a blurb on the radio this past week that
the Senate was scheduled to consider legislation that
would make it "easier" [think cheaper tax-wise] to
convert conventional IRAs to Roth. Obviously, this would
be terrific news for those of us in middle-age, but
sub-59.5 in years. Does anyone know if this measure made
it to the floor and the outcome?? If nobody posts by
Monday, I'll try to get ahold of Sen Mikulski's office.
