......by my reckoning it's been 6 weeks since the
GRN deal was made public. In that time, this board
has gotten a lot rougher. I would like to apologise
for the part I've played in it. There was a post a
while back that said the goal of the board should be
all of us helping each other become wealthy. That's
probably the highest and best use of this
format......................Now, can anybody help me our with information on where
our company stands with the IRS merger ruling? When
companies seek an IRS ruling is it a matter of public
record that I could look it up? IMO, uncertainty over
what the IRS will say has a great deal to do with the
pounding we've all been taking.........A nice weekend to
