........my memory is a bit rusty, but weren't you in Cendent a couple years back?........do you still follow the company?......a friend of mine feels that after the stench of the CD cooked books went away, the company settled down and is making a sustainable turn around.....your take?........best regards to you, Greg, Asdsdf, and Iggy....the beat goes on.......Bobo
"I'd pass on CD as I am just not comfortable with management's honesty and integrity."
i'll say that CD has an interesting business with big brand names. the ceo, henry silverman you have to keep an eye on. he has shown in the past not to stick to his plan. and when he changes people seem to forget, and he doesnt offer an explaination.
the ceo's compensation(bonus plan)is absurd and not good for shareholders.
i wouldnt be buying cd at these prices either. there's a lot of debt, there's 110 million outstanding options, and a hairy eyeball ceo. if you want to stomach those things a much lower price(15 to 20% lower) would be appropiate.
