Figure its about 600 feet or 139k, I only owe 138k hence, I get to put 1000 in my pocket PLUS< they let me keep all the fans for my new trailor. Livin large in Vegas, my brother. BTW, I've been following real estate up close in central Florida (Tampa-Orlando) for some time now, and KB Home recently started upping their prices...a little bit...still, with tons of empty houses sitting there I doubt if things move too quickly.
I bought a double-wide in Battle Mountain back in '79. Some mining company discovered gold in their barite mine. They renamed it a gold mine. When I heard the news, I thought it meant nothing to me. Then I had to leave town and sell the double-wide: kahching!
