    Vegas housing, sonnyhighroller,

    I sold it for 232 $$ a foot to a REAL BUYER no mortgage fraud. I guess your call that I would be lucky to get 10 cents on the dollar on my doublewide came up short again. Figure its about 600 feet or 139k, I only owe 138k hence, I get to put 1000 in my pocket PLUS< they let me keep all the fans for my new trailor. Livin large in Vegas, my brother. I feel a bottom son, get a greyhound ticket out west young man before they raise the prices and you have to hitch !

      Let me know if you want the names of some good stocks you can put that cash into.

      Better yet, put the money into a margin account and you can buy twice as much stocks!

        Like hc said, it's straight south of Green Valley Ranch Casino Resort 89152. In the Estate section of Green Valley Ranch master planned COmmuNity. h knows I do landscape work there and sometimes I get to eat sandwiches in the garage!!

      • BTW, I've been following real estate up close in central Florida (Tampa-Orlando) for some time now, and KB Home recently started upping their prices...a little bit...still, with tons of empty houses sitting there I doubt if things move too quickly.

    • I bought a double-wide in Battle Mountain back in '79. Some mining company discovered gold in their barite mine. They renamed it a gold mine. When I heard the news, I thought it meant nothing to me. Then I had to leave town and sell the double-wide: kahching!
