There have been more leaks about the innovations we may see with the iPhone 5S and the iPhone 6.
While there may be no major shake-up in terms of design for the iPhone 5S, users may see a significantly improved display. The phone could also come with a 12 megapixel camera and dual LED flash.
There may also be some form of fingerprint scanner, an idea which has been doing the rounds since a developer found plans for biometric scanning in a folder tucked away in the iOS7 beta.
Looking ahead to the iPhone 6, patent filings have suggested this smartphone might be the first in the world to have a liquid metal handset, and could be launched along with a plastic-bodied budget iPhone as early as this autumn.
But a statement by Apple CEO Tim Cook would seem to suggest there will be no larger screen in the new version of the phone.
What this means is that Apple could be the greatest free advertisement for LQMT, driving other products to be manufactured from the metal...........which would have a direct affect on LQMT's bottom line.
As Darth has stated earlier, LQMT receives no more money from AAPL under the current agreement.
The only way that an announcement from AAPL regarding LQMT could run the stock up would be that a large number of investors still (mistakenly) think that LQMT would get money from AAPL if they use the casing. Or, if sentiment leads investors to believe that by AAPL using the casing, other names would follow suit. Those are 2 very big "IF's". That is highly speculative of course, but the fact remains is that LQMT will not receive direct money from AAPL under the current agreement.
