It's a shame the Customer Service for Whirlpool is getting as bad as the rest, and that I need to post this as I have had in the past good Customer Service. With the 2 year old Cabrio washer hitting the F1 code and requiring a $400 dollar fix they need to get their head out of their @** as they wil lose many customers! As backwards as this may sound this encourages me to hold my shares. When a company can afford to act stupidly then you may as well profit off of it. I made $10K+ on a short term position (long) after realizing almost all of the non-Korean machines are Whirpool (Kenmore, Maytag, etc) when I needed to purchase a washer/dryer and fridge.
