    Re Insider selling...

Disclosure.. I currently hold puts on DNDN.

Insider selling is generally not as significant as insider buying. Insiders sell for a wide variety of reasons. Insiders buy for only one reason. They think the PPS is going up.

This aside, there are times when insider selling should be viewed as a flashing red light. When the CEO, or the CFO of a company is selling shares in significant amounts, amounts that are larger than the price of an existing mortgage for instance, this is a strong indication they think the shares are overvalued, and not likely to be a good hold..It also suggests they may be aware of adverse factors which the public is not taking into account....
