Here is my take. FDA with there insider association with the multi-billion dollar Cemo industry was forced to approve DNDN against there better judgment, with all of the rocks that were being thrown at them. But it looks like, Via these outher corrupt agencies holding up or possible denying this procedure, that they will be puting a strangle hold on the progress of DNDN. You know sort of like chocking the chicken. Remember this; the powers that be do not want this procedure on the market. Cemo is to big to have any possible competition. Remember everything is all about the money and it always will be.
Interesting...but the delay itself..for a year..brings the competition closer to market does it not? Is it not true that there are other vaccines coming or in the works that show promise..and at a lower cost? What will be the stance a year from now? I think these are the uncertanty that is feeding the drop..imo..I am not short or long on this stock..just saying...on a positive note..I think DNA vaccines are a way forward and it is an approved by FDA drug..why a governmental agency put question out their as to a decision to cover it or not cover it..vs...just doing their job and either cover it or announce they are not covering it is the question..seems odd to me..to announce a year in advance of a final decision that you will be reviewing something for a year..and not realize the impact of such a statement on a companies valuation..why would the government do that in a down economy? It makes no sense to me..except that the government is attempting to negociate a lower price via the non coverage threat? who knows..speculation at this point..
For me the government will suspend the reimbursement of Provenge, in one year other product will be in the market and this is know by they. in a few days a new news will be released announcing the stop of purchase of Provenge at actual price meanwhile a decision is taken.
