We will hear soon about the offer from Roche. If DNDN does not accept, Roche can go public like SNY did with Genzyme. I think the starting bid will be around $77 and then with bidding war, it will end between $85-$90.
I think, the offer will not come through until atleast NJ facility is 100% FDA approved and operational.
