Bumped along 6.50 most of the day, most of the bad news has to be baked in at this price. Sales off to a really slow start but that is just a marketing sales issue a good CEO could fix. Gold needs to go, or maybe just step down and take a role as Chief Medical Officer or something. Leave the business stuff to a real business person. A good leader knows when to step aside for the sake of the organization, Mitch now is that time.
I bought May 12 calls today, feeling OK about it. See what tomorrow brings.
Golds crime is incompetence as a CEO. It's a prestigious job title, but he's not ready for a company at this stage of development. But BOD is now the main problem. Gold has already shown his colors, and he BOD has done absolutely nothing to protect th investors. Need to remove the whole top floor.
The street misinterpreted Q3 earning and conference call. There were some positives and some negatives. If this was a healthy company then Q3 was bad and haircut was indicated; but this was very sick company which had just taken a haircut from 40 to 10. The Q3 results indicated that company was getting better and had turned the corner. Drop down to 6 was wrong direction. Pps of 6 creates great entry point. If wall street could figure out what a company was worth; then we could all just buy ETFs. The entire reasons to buy stocks and not ETFs is that wall street can not figure out if a company like DNDN should be worth 1 billion or 6 billion.
