no news for US investors or SEC filings, not sure of their intentions there. There's been news on their subsidiary chinese websites and some are quite positive. Am informed that commercials for Jinji are airing again as well.
The RMB continues to get stronger Vs the US dollar.. 6.24 and change now..
From standpoint of preserving value, assets in China in and of themselves, valued in US$ I absolutely think will be a good place to be in the coming years/decades.
The question for us is, the legal structure of AOBI's assets relative to us shareholders and the bond holders.
That Jinji brand is worth something dear, that I feel confident about.
What we need, and have needed all along, is for capital flows to move to Chinese assets. At some point in the future, that flow is coming. There has actually been some positive moves in the Chinese area of late.. could be the beginning.
Get it going crazy and everything becomes worth buying.. even pink sheet no SEC filing stocks like AOBI ..perhaps.
AOBI owns 30 % of AXN and AXN released the 10-K few weeks ago...
From Yahoo finance :
"In fiscal 2012, Aoxing Pharma's operating expenses were swelled by recording an impairment loss on goodwill of $13,398,614. The loss was recorded because the report of a valuation expert on the fair market value of Aoxing Pharma's operating company indicated that the implied fair value of the operating company was less than the carrying value in that amount."
