Do you have what it takes to work for Velocity Local?
Yes, folks, Jon Boy is making it tough to qualify for a job, because he's hiring only the best and the brightest.
Look at these tough requirements to even be considered for an interview (as stated in Craigslist, the premier source for candidates seeking a career):
- Willing to pay UP TO a whopping $12/hr (DOE) for the top of the line sales, account management and/or customer service personnel (no difference in pay as they're all pretty much the same), PLUS commission income (must be a lot since Jon Boy doesn't even want to divulge it in the ads)
- MUST have a high school degree, but college would be nice (way to raise that bar Jon Boy)
- Make up to 200 out bound calls a day on a predictive dialer, and still have time to send out requested materials, make FORMAL proposals, and even assist others in the process. Oh yeah, you have to talk to anyone who answers one of those 200 calls, too.
- Work without supervision, BUT be flexible throughout the day to accommodate the needs of management (I thought it said work without supervision)
Yes, the resumes must really be flowing in, but then Jon Boy must be very critical in his needs for top flight employees. The ads have been running for over a month, so I'm sure he's looking for the best and the competition is fierce.
Good luck Jon! Less than 2 weeks until the end of the 3rd quarter. I can't wait to see the fantastic numbers you'll be sharing with us all.
