i have searched this subject for too many hours

    - the role of vis in the su2c trial and if they think the hh pathway is still a valid pathway. i cannot find anything remotely new regarding vis or the hh pathway on the su2c, upenn, kimmel, jhopkins websites. there are 2012 papers published by dr von hoff and others that don't mention the hh pathway and "cutting off the fuel supply". you would think that they would at least mention the pathway, even if they can't mention vis. there is a good possibility that in the 2010 video in which they express their belief that the hh pathway on the white board being the best way to intervene in glutamine's entrance into the cell, may have changed since then. I found a 10/8/2011 video (dr's von hoff and thompson) that talks about glutamine and developing therapies they can "bring to the clinic in the next five years".

    • i feel you docihi, it feels like it's taking forever for those pancreatic results to be released. Also, is it just me or is CUDC-101 and DEPIO-0932 have been in Phase I forever. Honestly, how long does it take to complete a Phase I trial? The first one for CUDC-101 started in 2008, does it really take 4 years to figure out what dose to use and what malignancy to try it first in? In the meantime, i'm supposed to be excited about the release/approval of a CUDC-101 oral formulation? really? How difficult is it to make a pill anyways? Just show us some data that it works already.
whatever, i'm holding on to my shares anyways but it's starting to get a little frustrating.

    • Docihi... seems like recently i have seen several things pop up regarding some anti malaria drug that they are using to cut off the fuel supply.... don't forget von hoff was there at the aacr meeting that popped the vismo and gem from u of mich. he stated that the results were too high to be a fluke and that a blinded trial would be fitting. he also stated that no 2 drugs are the same (mentioning the failure of INFI HH drug which is inferior)

    • Could it be the fact that it is a different sponsor they have it under lock and key? Just asking.

      Sentiment: Strong Buy
