    Why are shares moving?

The market over reacted to the unfortunate death in clinical trials that requires the company to review all aspects of the death relating to the drug. The buy out commentary below is simply not in the cards short term or the CFO would not have been able to buy open market shares just a couple of weeks ago on the weakness. The FDA requires 30 days to review data once it is submitted by the company and during this time patients currently on drug can continue dosing. The only restriction is that they can not bring on new candidates into the trial until the FDA gives the all clear decision. The death was unfortunate, but based on the data published it sounded like she was stage 4 breast cancer and it had spread to both her lungs and liver so its unlikely that the drug was a direct cause to her passing.

Company is well funded and continues to have a bright future both with their current marketed drug along with their promising pipeline.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy
