    Lawsuits will be forthcoming

unless we hear something soon. This drop represents neglect and investors must begin to feel like sacrifical pawns.

    • I can not dump above 16

      I am here to
vindicate my past posted judgements about this POS.

And to expose the DEVASTING <LOSSES> AWAITING
ANYONE whose judgment becomes impaired by the paid CRIS
pimps and other starry-eyed cheerleader idiots who
indescriminately copulate with them on this board.

    • do you have a position in CRIS??? your B.S. is wearing thin...GET A LIFE!!
      regards
      'ol

    • yesterday, Wed Aug 9 after my equity ratio fell
to 8% Lost $23,000 this time <96%> LEAVING
      ONLY $1000.
I HAVE NOTHING TO LOSE AND EVERYTHING
TO GAIN FROM THE CLASS ACTION SUITE, WHICH WILL HAVE
EVEN GREATER CHANCE OF SUCCESS IF FILED IN ALABAMA.

      (lost $10,000 in Feb from shorting CBMI @ 9 7/32 = CRIS
@ 30.729 HISTORY PROVES I WAS RIGHT TO SHORT @ THAT
PRICE Too bad the market does not reward accurate
      valuation.)
I have lost 2/3 of ALL my savings on this
POS, because my brain was rotted by the cheerleader
social disease communicated on the CBMI board as pimp
and hooker multiple orgasms over CURIS dripped all
over the board. What a porno show.

      After
      posting STUPID x 12 (@CBMI #13,656) I went ahead and
committed STUPID mistakes #12 - hoping "it will go back up"

THE LAWSUIT MAY NOT NECESSARILY HAVE TO INVOLVE CURIS
INC - JUST THE MANIPULATORS THEMSELVES.

      IF
PLATIKA AND BILLY THE KID HAD ANY SENSE AT ALL, THEY
WOULD BE LEADING THE SEARCH TO AVOID HAVING THEIR OWN
SEVERED HEADS IMPALED ON POSTS @ BOSTON COMMONS BY THE
      BOARD OF DIRECTORS.

I WAS THE FIRST TO MENTION
      A LAWSUITE ON AUG 2, (13715, 13724, 13732) WHICH
SILENCED THE CBMI BOARD FOR ALMOST 3 HOURS.
      WHY?
      BECAUSE THE MANIPULATORS WERE SCARED!

    • HEY NOW YOUR ARE PUTTING SOMETHING UP WITH
RELAVANCE.I AGREE 5 YEARS IS A STREACH PUTTING IT
      MILDLY.

ONE THING IS FOR SURE INVESTORS DID NOT BUY INTO CRIS
BECAUSE REGENERATION OF LIMBS IN 5 YRS.

      IN ALL
FAIRNESS THIS IS WHAT HE SAID

      Platika also thinks
new limbs could grow in weeks or months once the
right genetic keys are found and that human
regeneration could start to happen within five
      years.

``It's an aggressive estimate,'' he said. ``But if you
told people five years ago that we'd be able to clone
sheep and cows, they wouldn't have believed that
      either.''

      KEEP IT COMMING PERC

    • well don't know about CMBI, but CBMI is gone..
      good trading
      'ol

    • I've noticed a possible pattern with the biotechs
that I follow. It has nothing to do with the science
but seems to be a way to get short term traders out
so the pros get most of the $$$. Here are some
examples: XOMA went no where But down in May and June no
prospects for any new news until fall suddenly some
brokerage reommended it and it shot up almost 100% in a
day. TGEN, Look at the chart over the last three weeks
then look at it today. AVN traded down, down, down as
good news was released and prospects got better and
better. I haved learned the hard way that the best way to
invest in this group is to do your DD and try to get a
handle on the science. If the pipeine looks good and the
leadership is sound buy it and then forget about it for a
year or so. There are those out there that would like
to accumulate your shares at low prices then sell
them back to you later. Getting out too soon either at
too little profit or too much loss has been my
biggest downfall and probably it's the same with most who
are secure enough with themselves to to admit it.

    • You are right about CBMI. It is gone. In order to
own volitile stocks like CRIS you have to:

      1.
Have some medical background so that you can take an
      educated risk.

      2. Or, be a good chart annalyst.
Look at CBMI/CRIS over the last year
      so that you
can live through these valleys without going into
      full blown panic.

      3. Or, have a good gut about
      biotechs.

      4. Or know the pipeline real well.

      I have
other positions in this arena which can be equally as
      punishing. Or
rewarding. Except for big pharma they are
all the same. I've made a few bucks with CBMI/CRIS
and #'s 1,2 3 and 4 tell me to hang around. Would

you buy a book without knowing how the story ends?
      We're on Chap 1.

    • <EOM>

    • However, you're mistaken about the cause of the
slump. Insiders are NOT ABLE to dump their shares. There
is a lockup agreement to prevent
      this.

Furthermore IMO, they would be unwilling to dump their shares
      at these prices.

      CRIS is more than an
investment, its a labor of love for the founders of these 3
      companies.

CRIS represents a stable business structure with
cutting edge technology and an excellent prospect of
making a number of dramatic contributions to modern
      medicine.

The people squalking and/ or selling at these prices
are manipulators and daytraders for whom I have no
      sympathy whatsoever.

      I hope decent investors will
not allow themselves to be spooked by these
      tactics.

      Cheers

    • I may not agree 100% with your post but you've nailed it reguarding sales force. if any doubters out there take a peek at xerox.
